RETURNS

We accept returns within 24 hours of purchase.

To qualify for a return:

✔ The wig/unit must be in its original condition

✔ Lace must be uncut

✔ The unit must be unworn, unstyled, unwashed

Once the 24-hour window has passed, all sales are final.

DesiredStrandz takes fraud seriously.

Any fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will be fully investigated.

If a false claim is made:

  • A police report will be filed

  • Legal action may be taken
